What a year!

It’s only when I watch this back do I feel a very REAL sense of privilege to be doing what I do.

There is no better feeling than sending off a wedding gallery to a client and knowing that they are going to love watching it all back. That they will keep watching it all back and reliving those amazing memories for years to come.

Thank you to all the great couples I met this year, for allowing me to share their wedding photos.

2018 is about to start with lots more couples that I can’t wait to get to know.

Let’s do this.

It’s that time of year again folks!

Alexandra and Charles were married in May on a really hot day. The setting was stunning. Lough Eske is one of the most picturesque places in Ireland and with weather like everything looked even prettier.

Solis Lough Eske is a beautiful castle, full of history but still feeling very luxurious.

Alexandra and Charles are from Scotland and chose this venue after staying here before. It totally suited the style of wedding they had.

The church was in Killybegs, a short drive away along a scenic road, where we stopped for some lovely couple shots a bit later on.

Below are a few favourites…

Tartan Trews – Ede Ravenscroft

Shoes – Chanel

Flowers – Fidelma of Killybegs

Wedding Planner – Monica Blain

It’s a big drive from Dublin but worth every km for it’s stunning location and scenery.

I was so delighted to meet Ellen and Brian who came all the way from the USA with a select number of family and friends, making this day a very intimate and close event.

Dromoland Castle is a proper castle with stunning period features and walled gardens. Ellen and Brian were expecting a child, which made this wedding even more special. Michelle from Dream Irish Wedding organised the whole event, which ran like clockwork and made everything so easy.

So imagine coming all the way from the USA to Co. Wicklow to get married and you get the nicest day of the year! How incredibly lucky!

Powerscourt Estate is one of those venues that has everything going for it. The most stunning scenery, old and beautifully restored period house and amazing gardens. Mae and Nick travelled with their famillies and friends to say specially worded vows to each other on this sunny May day. With the help of Collette from Elegant Events, the day was magical in every way.
